1. Initial Assessment: We will begin by gathering information about your space, including its size, lighting conditions, and any specific challenges you may be facing. You can share photos or videos of the area to give us a better understanding of your needs.

2. Style and Preferences: We will discuss your personal style, color scheme, and the atmosphere you want to create. By understanding your aesthetic preferences, we can recommend plants that will match your interior décor.

3. Plant Selection: Based on the information you provide, our designer will curate a selection of plants that thrive in your specific conditions. We will consider factors such as lighting, humidity, and maintenance requirements to ensure you have a successful indoor garden.

4. Plant Care Tips: During the consultation, we will provide you with detailed care instructions for each plant. This will include watering schedules, light requirements, and any additional care tips to keep your plants healthy and thriving.

5. Design and Placement: Our designers will guide you on how to arrange your plants to create an appealing and harmonious display. We will consider factors such as height, texture, and color to create a visually stunning arrangement that complements your space.

6. Q&A Session: At the end of the consultation, we will address any questions or concerns you may have. We want to ensure that you feel confident and knowledgeable about the care and maintenance of your new plants.

After the consultation, we can assist you in sourcing the recommended plants and accessories, or you can choose to purchase them independently. We can also provide ongoing support and guidance as you continue to nurture your indoor garden.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    Service Returns

    There are no return on plant consulting services. All virtual consulting services should be booked at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment. Cancellations or appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours of the previous scheduled consultation will not be refunded.

    In-person services are scheduled in the DFW (Dallas - Fort Worth) area only. Cancellations or appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours of the previous scheduled consultation will not be refunded. 

    Product Returns

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at info@earthysoulelements.com for return address. 

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as plants, flowers, sage, incense and  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
