General Care:
1. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your bracelet away from harsh chemicals, including perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products, as they can damage the materials and dull the shine.

2. Moisture Management: Refrain from exposing your bracelet to moisture. Remove it before showering, bathing, or engaging in any activities that may cause it to be submerged in water for an extended period.

3. Gentle Cleaning: To maintain the brilliance of your charms and the integrity of the materials, clean your bracelet gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.

4. Proper Wearing: When putting on your bracelet, roll it onto your wrist rather than pulling or stretching it. This practice helps prevent overstretching and maintains the bracelet’s shape.

5. Storage: When not wearing your bracelet, store it in your EarthySoul Elements soft pouch or jewelry box to protect it from scratches and damage.

Energy Cleansing:
Regular cleansing is recommended to keep the energetic properties of your crystals vibrant. Here are some effective methods:

1. Moonlight Cleansing: Place your bracelet under the moonlight overnight, especially during a full moon. This natural light helps recharge the crystals and amplify their energies.

2. Sage Cleansing: Light a sage stick and gently pass your bracelet through the smoke. This practice is believed to cleanse negative energies and restore balance.

3. Sound Cleansing: Use a singing bowl or chime to create vibrations around your bracelet. The sound waves can help clear any stagnant energy.

Service Returns

There are no return on plant consulting services. All virtual consulting services should be booked at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment. Cancellations or appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours of the previous scheduled consultation will not be refunded.

In-person services are scheduled in the DFW (Dallas - Fort Worth) area only. Cancellations or appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours of the previous scheduled consultation will not be refunded. 

Product Returns

All Sales are final on EarthySoul Elements Merch.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as plants, flowers, sage, incense and  custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
